A wild sea can stimulate the spirits, bringing strength, vitality, and opportunities to allow and release anger. A calm river can untangle a busy mind, encourage rest, and soothe pain. Rain echoes the connectedness of everything in ripples of bursting energy. Today we will dwell in the metaphor of water, looking at flow, depth, interconnectedness and refreshment. On the foreshore of Lake Victoria, The Abbey is the perfect setting for this day.
